He also contacted us via email notifying us about the same so we cleared him on the email reply that we have only charged him once and suggested him to contact his bank to check the same. We contacted customer and after a brief discussion over the phone he agreed with the plan to which he initially agreed. Before making the payment we clearly told him that we will be providing him updated version of ****** every year to which he agreed but later contacted us via email asking for refund. We would like to inform you that customer contacted us on 17th of Sep 2021.We offered him help and service to fix the issues and he got agreed and paid us for the three year service and security.
